Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the E-Bike
Securely pack the bike in its original factory packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a professional freight pickup for heavy cargo models.
Inspection and Refund
